WHERE WE SHIP
Silan ships to Taiwan and to most international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and more.
If you do not see your country at checkout, contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
SHIPPING COST: FREE, WORLDWIDE
Shipping is free to every destination we ship to. The cost of shipping is already included in the product price you see on each listing, so you will never see an extra shipping charge at checkout, regardless of your country.
No minimum order, no free-shipping threshold, no surprise fees.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies by product. Most items arrive within 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Some items take longer, typically 6 to 15 business days, depending on where the product ships from.
The specific delivery window for each product is shown on its product page, so you always know what to expect before you order.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and holidays.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to check the status of your package through our Track Order page.
Please note that it may take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become visible in carrier systems. International orders may also experience temporary tracking gaps as the package hands off between carriers.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. Silan has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country.
We recommend checking your local customs website or contacting your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential charges.
PO BOXES AND APO / FPO ADDRESSES
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military APO / FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is significantly delayed (more than 30 business days from dispatch), marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the item when you contact us, so we can process a replacement or refund quickly.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed to the carrier, we cannot recall or reroute the package. If you need to change an order, please contact us through our contact page immediately after placing it.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you through the email on file to arrange reshipment at your expense.
