Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through the contact form on our contact page. We will reply with return authorization and the address to send your package to. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first, because unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately through our contact page if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: personal care and beauty goods (including lashes, brows, and any item that touches the skin or hair), perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and any item marked as final sale. Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This matches our standard 14-day policy.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, contact us through our contact page.
