How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the product. Most items arrive within 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, and some items take 6 to 15 business days. The specific window for each product is shown on its product page. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Reach out via our contact page and we'll send you return instructions. Full details on our refund policy page.

Is my payment secure?

We use PayPal Express Checkout for every order. Your card details never touch our servers, they go directly to PayPal, which handles the encryption and fraud protection. You can also pay with your PayPal balance if you have an account.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to most destinations in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. If your country does not show up at checkout, head to our contact page and we will do our best to arrange shipping for you.
