How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the product. Most items arrive within 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Some items take a little longer, typically 6 to 15 business days. The specific window for each product is shown on its product page, so you always know what to expect before you order. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow the whole journey.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free. The price you see on a product is the price you pay at checkout, no matter where you live in our shipping zone. We roll shipping costs into the product price so there are no surprise fees at the end.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, and more. If your country does not show up at checkout, head to our contact page and we will do our best to arrange shipping for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your card.
At checkout, click the yellow PayPal button. On the next screen, you will see two options: log in to PayPal if you have an account, or click Pay with Debit or Credit Card to check out as a guest with no PayPal account needed. Your card details go directly to PayPal's secure checkout and never touch our store.
We do not currently offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. PayPal handles all card encryption and fraud protection. Your card details never touch our servers, they go directly to PayPal.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Reach out via our contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Full details on our refund policy page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email. You can also visit our track order page and paste it in.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll either replace it or refund you, your choice.
How do I contact support?
