Option 1: Use your tracking number
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Paste it into the carrier's tracking page:
- USPS: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
- DHL eCommerce: webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/orders
- Yun Express / 4PX / Cainiao: 17track.net (use this if you don't recognize the carrier name)
Option 2: Check your email
The tracking email we sent when your order shipped has a link that goes straight to the right carrier. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "Silan" or "shipped".
Option 3: Ask us directly
If you can't find your tracking number or the link isn't working, head to our Contact page with your order number and we'll pull up the status on our end.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
International shipping sometimes has tracking gaps. This is normal. Tracking can go quiet for 5 to 10 days while the package is in transit between countries, then suddenly update when it reaches the destination country's carrier network. If it hasn't updated in over 10 days, send us a message and we'll check.
